Just isn't true anymore. It's a BS case. Unless it could be proven that a Walmart hand is the last one on the cart, it would be crushed at the Motion for Summary Judgement level. If the car belongs to the mayor or something, then yes- they may settle. However by this time Walmart is pretty thick skinned because of sentiment like what exists on this board and they can bump it to district court then file an MSJ/MTD really cheaply.

I'm not going to argue the relative merits of Walmart, just pointing that out.

I once dented some poor sucker's Lexus. But that's because he parked to the line and it was the only space left for us. So I tried to squeeze out the back door but slipped and fell full force on the the door and went flying into the other car.
