I must say this. When I say barely eating I don't mean a peice of lettuce in the morning and half of a peanut at night. My typical day was apple and protein drink for breakfast, bannana for lunch. Two non-fat hotdogs with bun and mustard at night and some popcorn as a snack in the evening. Coffe all day. THATS IT. Not another morsel of anything. To me that's barely eating.

Just some 'FOOD' for thought.

Right, I know. But if you have to lose weight quickly and you don't mind a little muscle loss then you can get a steady diet routine after you lose the initial. It was depressing losing the muscle mass but I lost so much when I injured my shoulders that I don't really even care any more. I've lost almost all of mine over the years. I haven't picked up any iron since 1999.

No, you don't want to live on a crash diet but you can lose the weight and then maintain at a healthy mix of diet and exersise.

BTW...I wasn't blowing off what you said, we posted at the same time

I agree, get the weight off, then go from there.

Thanks Rodrunner, the diabetes isnt the bad kind...nor do I have it really yet, i'm fighting it...i've lost weight....atleast 10 pounds by restricting my calorie intake.
