Cheesecake, cheap and easy

1sc vanilla protein powder
1 sm individual serve fat free greek yogurt
couple of drops lemon extract
Mix and chill.
DONE!

Depending on your protein, you may get different consistencies.

With the Fat Free Greek Yogurt.....only 5carbs.

Thinking about doing my workouts when I get off from work at 1am central time. Since I work late nights I have a hard time getting up. Now my question is that is it ok to workout late at night I don't want to have like a heart attack or something lol.

End your workout at least two hours before you want to turn in. Exercising too close to your bedtime raises your core body temperature just when you should be cooling down.

I think you might be getting JoAnne and I confused since we are both vegetarians. I am the one who mentioned taking amino acids...and yes, I do eat eggs (and dairy and seafood), and like miss JoAnne, I don't eat em as often as I should! But now that I am consciously concentrating on my protein intake since I am doing P90X, I have been finding ways to add them to my diet more often.

I'm headed off to 10 weeks of combat skills training on Saturday...hope I can still fit my P90X regimen into my training schedule, but if nothing else, I am sure I will be hoofing around wearing a 35 pound flak vest and lots of other equipment. Once I get to Afghanistan, I will REALLY be able to focus on working out and eating right because there won't be as many distractors as there are here...you know, spouses talking you into eating out at a restaurant whose most healthy dish exceeds your daily calorie intake allowance or persuading you to stay in bed when you should be working out!

I don't think I'm confused, well no more than usual, that'swhy I mentioned you said you supplement with amino acids, the reason why I asked if you eat eggs was because even though you suppliment with amino's getting your vitamans and macr-nutrients from whole food is always better than from supplements and eggs are an excellent way to get good doeses of complete proteins without adding a lot of carbs.

I didn't read all 30+ pages, is this for gals or can guys get in on this too? What about a guy that owns a Challenger haha?

I hit the gym religiously and try to put on size in the winter (tough as I'm more ectomorph) then cut down in the summer.

I've been dieting lately and this might be fun to do with you guys.

Sure you can join in, there are a bunch of guys on here loosing weight and then there are some of us who work out with muscle buiding goals.

I am curious though, if you are ectomorph and trying to build muscle why are you dieting, true ectomorphs find it almost impossible to gain weight.
