Yeah, Yoga X is no joke!! But stick with it past the 30 minute mark...after you get done with the vinyasas it gets much more bearable!! Although there are some poses snuck in there that should not be humanly possible!! LoL!

I just got done doing P90X arms and shoulders...my arms are mush and my triceps are on fire....supposed to do abs, but I'm spent!! Figured after a lil' C5 break I might have mustered up enough energy to knock it out...if not, I will tackle in the morning.

I am in pretty bad shape.
I am pacing myself. 1 hour a day. I'll start doing more everytime. My goal is to do 2 hours 4-5 days a week.

It's good to stretch and work on your breathing.
You'd be surprised how much flexibility helps you with other excercises.

I wouldn't worry about it, the stress of worrying will probably do more harm than what you actually ate providing you don't do it agin. Use this as a tool next time you exercise say to yourself I screwed up eating that crap now I can make it good if I push a little harder. Eat clean, work hard and all will be good.

Nooooo! not Mcdonalds!! Gaross! I used to love that plaCE but now I gag at the thought. When you get your body used to healthy eating you will hate food like that, it just takes time. WHAT CFD said, just keep looking forward and you'll be fine. We all mess up here and there, its the ones that keep trying makes them a success.

Did a 1 hour Body Pump class last night at the gym (weight training set to music with an instructor). HOLY MAMA am I sore! I think they hit on every muscle in my body. It was awesome though and I'll do it again, but dang, I'm payin' for it today!

Normally I make shoveling a HIIT workout, my neighbors must think I'm nuts. I shovel at a good pace for a while then get real agrresive etc. I through the snow at different angles and left handed to right handed so as to keep everything in balance, seeing that I was already beat after two days lifting I started out great but that didn't last long, Two 1 hr sessions and I'm getting ready to hit it again, if I don't drop I'm going to hit the weights again right after that, intensification phase of a four day split so the weight will be down, not sure if it's gonna help but I will be dieing if I make it through.

I usually drive my Camaro most of the time but I've got about 25' more to go in order to get it out of my garage so that's my motivation.

Here's what it looks like around here.
