Good Morning all - had a little good news on the
scale this AM, but I'm waiting til Fri for the official
post

On another note, does anyone know of a fairly
inexpensive tread mill? I am challenged with time
and weather. It's cold and dark when I get home
so I'm thinking a tread mill might be the ticket until
the weather changes. Any thoughts?

I'm kind of thinking of getting a tread mill also. It's mainly the only thing I use at the gym. I STILL haven't found a new gym to go and everytime I sign up to a gym I rarely go their because working full time and taking online classes full time online takes a toll of your daily scheudle:(

Great idea!! Anybody have any advice for which
is a good manufacturer and which is not? Or anything
special I should look for as far as options are concerned?

I don't need anything real fancy, but would like a reasonable
quality. I have an eliptical now and really jacked my back
up for some reason. I've never had that problem walking
so I think treadmill is OK.

I bought my Tetrix Stairclimber off Ebay, This guy was selling all his used gym equipment for less than half the price than what it would sell for brand new. And with shipping it was well worth it. $1200. Stairclimber, I bid for $300. and won the bid, so I actually bought it with shipping for about $585. So make sure when you place the bid you think about where its coming from and add on what it cost with shipping. This was a few years ago but I'm sure there are plenty of people selling equipment for the same reason.

I've been setting my alarm for 5am to get up and get back to working out... I just turn it off when it goes off and sleep until 6.

I was all set to get off my lazyass today but my phone shut itself off for no reason last night (I swear!!) so my alarm never went off!

But I'm with you guys. If I can manage work and school full time I can at least get off my duff and stop being a frump

I gained 50lbs with my ex and have been miserable ever since, I've only managed to lose like 20 of that (which, God knows I'm probably gaining back daily!! ) so I'd like to get rid of the rest (and thensome!!).

I'm not looking to loose weight. I'm looking to get in shape.
I am currently at ~ 210lbs and refuse to be under 190.
My plan is to do a slightly modified version of P90X 1-2 hours a day.
Some days will be more intense than others, depending if I go to the Gym that day or not.
