Nice El Camaro.

Ah yes, European sports cars are always light and trucks are always heavy. One of the following vehicles has a curb weight of less than 3400 lbs, and the other is over 4100.

How many are surprised that its the Italian sports car thats over 2 tons while the pickup is the one that weighs a little more than a Corvette ZR1.

Lesson is, don't judge weight based on how something looks, unless you can somehow see how much steel, aluminum, and other materials there are in the vehicle?

That Masarati is beautiful, but it's not a sports car. The Gran Turismo is a GT car.

Exactly, the mas is a gt car. They're heavy for many reasons. The fact that everything, and I mean everything (roof, floor, dash, center console, ALL OF IT) is wrapped in high end, plush materials like suede and leather. I have on sitting in my garage. . .

I can't blame you for being a stickler on precise definitions, I do it often enough on here and I don't want to come off as a hypocrit. That said ... you didn't read my signature, did you?

Can I substitute a ~3800 lb Italian exotic?

The ONLY Mustangs that I have ever thought looked respectable are the 1st gen's and the 2011+ models. I think the Camaro made Ford think twice about the fact that they were making cars that looked like complete crap.

No offense to any Mustang owners , I love the Mustang just as much as the Camaro, it's just that the 2010 was a joke powerwise and I was sick of seeing Mustang's every single place I turn.

Hey a Sherwood Park guy!!!! I lived in the weed park for years and just moved to Vancouver last year. My 2010 Mustang GT500 is no joke power wise. Lol Even the wife's loaded 2010 black auto GT ragtop with 20's has run 13.77 at 101 mph...not to terrible and it's a great driver.
Have you lived there very long? I had a silver 2006 Mustang GT with a Whipple supercharger and lived over in Woodbridge Farms and in the 1980's I lived in Great Oaks and drove a royal maroon 1969 Mach I 428 CJ 4 spd. Check out my rides in "my garage" gallery. A few snow pics of the vert before we moved and some of my old GT and current GT500.
If you ever need any sports nutrition stuff (protein, supplements, etc) go see my friend Rich at Reflex in South Edmonton, he's a Camaro guy (silver 2010, L99).
Take care and watch out for those RCMP's.

You're right lol I should have specified which Mustangs I was talking about. I freaking love the GT500, and tell me about it the cops in Sherwood Park are freaking crazy, luckily they aren't all that smart in picking where they hide though lol.

The 05-09's look way better than the 2010-11's.

My favorite Mustang model years were 67-68(especially California Special), 87-93(5.0 GT), and 05-08(GT or better). I hate the 94-98 and the 99-04 Mustang model years, too many of them everywhere and mostly with jackasses for drivers. The current Mustang body style is not the worse but has veered away from the retro 60's design of the 05-08s. I take my Camaro SS hands down.
