While I wouldn't describe it as girly, I definitely think the previous bodywork looked better on the Mustang.

I think it's funny how the camaro and mustang enthusiasts have basically flipped roles since the fourth gen days. That's not meant to poke fun at anyone, just an observation. The mustang guys used to be all about the looks while the camaro guys were all about performance.

I'm not huge on the new exterior, but the new interior is awesome.

I bought my 2011 just for the 5.0, and I don't regret it at all. The car is insane.

Ive owned both and I can honestly say that I dont think 1 wins in the styling department. I sold my 2010 GT to get a Camaro for the motor and I just sold the camaro to buy a 2011 mustang 5.0. Truth is If i had the money I'd have both! Both companies built badass cars .Personally this was my inspiration for ordering my 5.0.

After a while, let's face it, the Camaro looks fat and porky. It's a big contrast to all the lean sports cars from Europe. To me, Camaros look like Nascars - inelegant but beefy looking (in a fat butch way).

This is due to the huge and tall sidewalls and the big fat butt. Just makes the Camaro look like a slab of pork fat. While all cars have been getting higher and higher sidewalls due to increasing safety standards, the Camaro in particular accentuates this aesthetic travesty due to its gun-slit windows.

So yeah, wonder why it looks "manly"? It's because it looks more like a truck than a lithe sports-car that's why.

Stick a flat bed on it, and hey presto!
