EXCELLENT!!! I'm proud of you and jealous too. Looks like you've done it man. But remember, I've heard the urge to smoke never entirely leaves you, so beware. You don't want to have go through the withdrawals hell again.

I know a couple guys in their fifties that smoked all their lives and just decided one day that they were done. They havn't had a smoke since. At least thats what they tell me.

Keep it up Jeff, your through the hard part.
