I noticed what Milk said, but I see nothing wrong with what they did.

Its more important to put chains on the front wheels, regardless of the drive config. Same goes for snow tires. If the front end slides you can't really do anything but plow ahead until you either regain grip or hit something. If the back end slides, you can at least have fun doing powerslides. But you at least have directional control and partial control over forward movement. Also, the majority of braking is done by the front wheels, so giving them better grip improves your braking performance. Adding chains only to the rear wheels means that you're just going to hit something faster.

LOL, A Canadian telling a Californian how to use chains. I guess I have never even thought about putting chains on a car. If the weather is bad enough that we need chains just to stay on the road, then we just park them. No point in fighting it. Of course, it only gets that bad on us for 2 days of the year. I don't know about you guys.

I sure hope mirrors on BMW's fold up and at a diagonal. Otherwise, those are jacked. Parked on a hill/snow and didn't turn his wheels to the curb?

I just woke up and I got stabbing pains in my thorat:( Both of my ears keep on popping:( I knew yesterday was the start of something when my head was on fire and I had body aches all over. Welcome to good old flu season in Wisconsin.
