After high school, I took the summer off to play one last season of summer baseball with my friends from high school. Once that season was over, I joined the Air Force.

I joined the U.S. Navy and saw the World, the first ship I was on was homeported in Pearl Harbor,Hawaii. I ended up stayuing in for 21 years, 7 months, and 16 days. I also enjoy the two checks I get every month for my Navy Retirement and Disability.

Well i worked in a local automotive machine shop my senior year in high school.Graduated in 82, drank plenty of adult beaverages.Then in May of 83 a close friend heard about a new automotive school ....UTI in Phoenix Arizonia.Sounded like it would be fun and took auto/diesel course. Although i do not work in an auto shop today , i do work for a large commercial construction company,maintaining equipment.Just remember that what ever you decide , it may not be what you are doing 20 years from now.I went from auto mechanic to telecommunications then to commercial construction.Being versatile has been very good to me.

Worked at a crap job (TGIF) for 2 years
Then joined the USAF for 8 years. Back to being a civilian.

Joined the Army. I was in basic training on 9/11 and was medically discharged in 2005 after I got hurt.

Went to college for a year just to avoid the draft(Vietnam War) and said to hell with this and joined the Air Force. Stayed in for 21 years and it was the best thing that happened to me.
