Speed is cheap. period.

Camaro will dust the Challenger on any real Track in America.

A tick over 13.0 sec. and you're through the quarter-mile. It's a rush, of course, but not overly dramatic. Try the same thing with this pair's predecessors of 1970 or so and you'll find yourself in a bit of a wrestling match. Ain't progress wonderful? Maybe yes, and maybe sometimes it's fun to wrestle."

The cadillac xlr doesn't look like the Camaro at all, but a nice car none-the-less.

Yeah yeah, what kevin said.. Both of us here are camaro GM enthusiasts and just because we are considering a Challenger doesn't change that. I may get the Camaro and a Challenger Both in my driveway to frighten away any Hybrid that drives by...

No, it will be on its ass

the maro does 4.5-4.6 0-60

the chally does 4.7-4.9 0-60 (which is damn good for a 4100 pound car)

not that much of a gap if you would call it that, the maro and chally can run neck to neck

0-60 is a small part of tracking a car. Cornering is equally or more important, and (though they havent officially tested the car and got the .96g's which was released... ) the Camaro should have an adavantage in both straight aways and corners. Thus, the Challenger has no area of the track where it can advance on the Camaro, resulting in a dusting.
