Buicks. In performance and looks."

The slight decrease in the age of Buick ownership is an anomaly and at 65
it's right where the baby boomer market is. 1946- 1964. It's will be increasing again if they don't start building something that the non 65 yearolds will drive .

Wasnt terrible, it was HORRIBLE, LOL

While driving a Cobalt, Karl Stracke, vice president of global vehicle engineering, was blunt: "Look at this car, it's horrible. How did this get through so many people."

The Lambda crossovers are perfect examples of platform sharing, NOT rebadging. You cannot lift the front grille off an Enclave and install it on an Acadia. You cannot lift the front grille off an Acadia and install it on a Traverse. All three are designed to fit in with their own brands.

Just because a car is fast doesn't make it a good car. The LaCrosse and Regal may be slower than a Cobalt but both still annihilate it in terms of design and quality.

Yeah, . Keep grasping at straws.
So where did he call it "terrible'' ?

"

Platform sharing isn't rebadging? Traverse,Enclave,Acadia. Have a look underneath and tell me it's not the same rebadged vehicle.

You couldn’t swap a lot of body parts on the Camaro and Firebird either.

Don't tell me that's not a rebadge either.

The Lambda crossovers are perfect examples of platform rebadging.

Even the C/K trucks have exterior differences that make parts un swappable

The decrease in Buick's average age IS an anomaly.

Maybe the baby boomers won't buy anymore cars so the numbers will fall.

Oh, excuse me if I didn't get his quote correct. The gist of the matter is that the Cobalt was an awful car. Synonyms include terrible, horrible, atrocious, bad, revolting, repulsive, horrid, need I go on?

Rebadging. It's the EXACT same car with different grilles.

Platform sharing. Of course the underbody will be similar, they ride on the same platform. Moreover, the Buick has vastly more NVH engineering than the Acadia.

Well. If you wanna nit- pic about the age of the average age of the Buick owner I will just return the favor.

"Buick has vastly more NVH engineering than the Acadia." How so?

How am I nit-picking? You're the one who refuses to believe that the average age is dropping thanks to the new products that they've released in the past few years. If you're going to stick your head in the sand and pretend it isn't happening, that's your own problem.

Buick has QuietTuning applied to all their vehicles. Read up on it yourself, I'm sick of having to educate you about stuff you don't know about.

Last time I checked, the Silverado and Sierra were built on the same assembly line in Flint. There is barely, if anything, different about them mechanically; cosmetic differences aren't that great either.

That's because they ARE more or less the same trucks. The upcoming generation of full size trucks will be much more differentiated.

Quiet tuning You must work in sales.

Buick Enclave interior noise and GMC Acadia interior noise are both around 67 dBA and 68 dBA.

The decrease in Buick's average age IS an anomaly.

Keep telling yourself that. Come back to this thread in five years so I can make you eat your words.

I'm done arguing with ignorant people.
