It's got 18hp more than a LS3 SS and at 3631lbs its only 229lbs lighter, and factory tires are a whole 10mm wider.

Don't be scared, but be prepared to lose...Did you know the Boss 5.0 is fully forged from the Factory? Many will add a Ford Branded Whipple 2.9 before they even take delivery, killing most cars on the road or track. Bottle may not even help you, although bottles are for babies...... What a deal for low $40's...

The one thing that can't be changed is that it still is an ugly car no matter how many stripes you put on it. I'm also waiting for the claims that it is a stock low 11- second quarter mile car to come from the gang over at SVT

And you think most can get this from a dealer for that price. Yeah right.. ford dealers have the highest mark up over MSRP I have seen . I would bet there will be at least a 10K markup. On the ones that dont you must have friends at dealership.

Heck no, not gonna pay mark-up again. I did that with the SS in 2009 . Yep, SoCal dealers are greedy. 2 months ago, I started asking dealers about the Boss and the mark-ups were outrageous! I won't just get the standard Boss, I'd like the Laguna Seca....I wish!

Almost sold it 1 month ago and the guy still calls me regularly to see if I am ready to sell. I am thinking about it but not selling to buy another car for me...wife wants a BMW convertible.....

The is a Factory Five Roadster. It is a replica of a 1965 Shelby Cobra 427SC. Don't have 1million + to spend on an original.

Other than current fuel prices being unstable, it's a good time for all American car enthusiasts.

Comparing a stock car to a mod'd car (that still has no chance at keeping up) is just not a fair comparison.

I'd never buy a Mustang so long as there is CAMARO, however, I do give Ford some props'!
