Does it suck that Pontiac is gone? Yes it does. But we really aren't missing much.
THis! The only unique cars pontiac had were the G8 (which should have been a Chevy) and the Solstice coupe (really liked this car flaws and all, but you can't carry a brand with a limited 2 door sportscar).

Oh, my bad then.
Still, it's interesting to see what GM had in mind for Pontiac.

R.I.P Pontiac

As others have stated though Pontiac went in the dumps recently and we aren't really losing much. Those Soltices were amazing though. My mom drives an 02 Grand Prix and it's a pretty good car. Just wish it was SuperCharged

Gone but sure not forgotten for a long time. Pontiac lives in my garage. 1999 Trans Am 30th Anniversary Convertible. Ram Air LS1 Corvette Engine with a WS6 Package.13k mile with original tires.
2000 Pontiac GTP Gran Prix. NASCAR pace car. Supercharged 3.8 tuned by NASCAR this baby hauls the mail. This car is not a replica. Whelen Strobe lights still functional.

Very sad. Pontiac always had one or two good cars, but never the whole package. The G8 was one of the better cars to come out of GM in a long time (yes, I know it's a rebadged Holden), but the rest of the lineup was just so-so. I think saturn should have gone, but I guess with the public moving toward economy and cheap cars, saturn is an asset.
