well the exhaust has been shipped as of yesterday so - they said it'll take at least a few days for it to arrive -- I have to call back next Wed to see -- he said hopefully Thurs or Fri (though I don't know if that was to get her DONE or to have the exhaust

But at least it's not on perpetual backorder!

I lost a friendship this week! I gave a ride to one of my friends I talk to about once a month but anyway I was showing her my new blue lights and headlights and she called my phone the next day. You braggin bitch and left me a nice voicemail

Oh well no loss for me I don't live off the government and I have been working since I was 12 and make my own car payments and my buy my own toyz

BTW, my son Mark is still away...he's been away since July 1st and that is the last time I heard his voice...
He is now traveling through Europe...he's been to so many countries already and has no immediate plans to come home...
I miss him so much...I wish I could at least talk to him, but he won't get an international SIM card...it's no big deal to him, but as the mom, it's hard...

Just got back from changing my trans fluid (man, it smoothed the car out. I don't know how long it'd been since it was changed, but it was probably a lot longer than 30,000 or 24 months), eating dinner, and watching a movie at my mom's house. She thinks she's getting the better end of the deal when she lets me wrench in her driveway in exchange for staying for dinner, but I get a place to wrench, a free (home cooked) meal, and a movie without having to pay for the rental. I definitely come out on top in this transaction.
