Keep in mind the Challenger will only move 10k units a year or so, so it doesnt need to sell like hott cakes in order to stay alive.
Damn, thats a good point.

please go on

A tick over 13.0 sec. and you're through the quarter-mile. It's a rush, of course, but not overly dramatic. Try the same thing with this pair's predecessors of 1970 or so and you'll find yourself in a bit of a wrestling match. Ain't progress wonderful? Maybe yes, and maybe sometimes it's fun to wrestle."

not to mention the Challenger SRT's brake stand looks like that of a v-6 mustang.

540 huh. Pulley change and a tune and they'll easily get more than that...

For the 50K crowd. That is tough to beat. I hope GM steps up. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't. I'm not sure if a car like this is in the cards with everything GM is going through...

Well done Ford.

Shelby GT500

Info here:

http://www.stangnet.com/2010-Ford-Mu...00-081231.html

Have to admit, this car looks great. 540 HP, 510 ft-lbs.

I also found this interesting:

Quote:
Ambient Lighting System with MyColor™ allows drivers to customize the interior lighting of the vehicle to suit their mood. The enhanced MyColor system features seven base colors – ice blue, purple, blue, orange, red, white and green. Customers also can create 125 custom colors by mixing the red-green-blue palette.
I know they're different ABL setups, but this sounds great. I WANT ABL GM!

That pisses me off, if automakers have to follow franchise laws then the dealers sure as hell should be required to have pricing controls put on them.

not a fan of the inside, exteriors fine but interior just ruins it for me. So overall: 4/10, because I can.
