I am liking it. It will be built on a stretched Grand CHerokee Platform and will offer both the Pentastar V6 and 5.7 Hemi.

I like it! I never liked the 2nd gens, the first gens were much meaner looking. I also own a 02 durango slt+, pretty dam quick and hella nice. patriot blue pearlcoat with silver trim, black leather with wood accents. still runs like a charm and looks better then new with 64k miles. Damn girl is nice looking.

Sorry just had to add that in lol. but the new durango, if it ends up looking like that does look nice, i think they should add those muscular looking front fenders like 1st gens though, would look MUCH better.

the headlights kinda look like the charger. i was wondering why they didnt sell the durango any more. this is awesome. my aunt has a last gen durango with the v8. its kinda cool. she doesnt like it that much. i hope this one has a cool interior like the jeep. the interior on the old durangos are all grey and and ugly.

I think it looks great. The silver car test works for me here so I know I really like.

you havent seen mine then

it is grey but unless you put it side to side with an actual black interior you cant tell the diffrence, mine is all leather, mostly grey but i have the tan on the roof/pillars and i also have wood accents

two times in the last week iv been asked if the car was like an 09 hehe (from them looking at the engine bay, interior and exterior.

the 2nd gen durango's interior (and expecially exterior) look wayyyyy to blocky, i love the manly, muscular look to mine.

Well I think I found the next mom-mobile for my mum (she has me perusing the net even though I picked the last vehicle which she hates). Edge is up this winter (when this thing supposedly goes on sale) and one look at that low-res pic and the 'crayon renderings' + official leak pics cemented her love of the Durango again.

IROCTPI she had a 1st gen too. A 2000 and an '03. The only reason we picked an Edge in '07 was because we HATED the '04-'09 change. Same reasons. Blocky, ungainly.. bleh. This one.. well..

Maybe I can convince her to get the R/T version so she'll leave my T/A alone? Even when I finally move out (when I'm not being sucked dry by my loan companies..) I have a feeling she'll keep calling.. "Can I drive it now?"

Also note to Dodge/Chrysler.. KILL THE JOURNEY. Good lord once this thing comes out just take it out back.
