man i definitely understand but if you are a real car guy you got to like the Shelby!

props to Mr Shelby, but considering the only thing MotorTrend gave it over the base vette was back seat room & trunk space, not really. i don't think a magazine is the end-all of discussions, but they have been doing their thing for a while and have a pretty good idea about what they're doing. considering you can get roughly better-performing car for a deal less $$ and still be getting a Chevy, why not

you are right but how many corvettes do you see on the road compared to the Shelby gt500.plus i already had two of them a 1999 white convertible with red interior and a black on black 2006.nice cars but very common.
