Fuel
Greetings
I'm going to buy a car because of school and work, which means I'll have to drive over 120 kilometers a day, which is 600 kilometers a week, which is 2400 a month. So my question is, How much will I have to pay monthly to fill my tank if I'm going to drive a diesel |

How many Km to the litre do you get?
How much is fuel/petrol/gas per litre? How many Litres does it take to fill your tank? Calculate how many litres you'll need to drive 2400 km. Multiply it by the price per litre. This is how much it will cost to drive 2400 km monthly Divide the number of litres to drive 2400 km by how many litres your tank holds. This is how many times you'll have to fill up. |

There's no definitive answer. It depends on the Vehicle (engine, wieght..etc), how you drive, where you drive (hwy vs. City) and how much diesel costs near you...That's the best answer I can give besides Mindz' formula.

You need more information. What size tank is it? How many kilometers per liter does it get? Manual or automatic? How much is a liter of diesel where you live? Is the drive a lot of city driving or all highway? What is your favorite color? If a train leaves Berlin at 6am traveling at 100 kph and another leaves Prague at 8am traveling at 120 kph in the same direction what time will they meet? |
