That is non-corrected right off the slip. I can look it up online to see what it would correct out to be for anyone interested...

With a longer cool-down I could also see shaving a tenth or to as well but we are calling it good enough for stock.

Time to put a set of DR's on it and a tune and see what that yields next
Jeff

I think DRs and tune will wake it up. 13.30 isn't bad at all, not quite rag times, but I'm sure weather had something to do with it.

This would be good information. At least to see what it might have done, if weather was better.

Livernois Motorsports 2011 Mustang GT Dyno/Track Baseline Data

2011 Mustang GT Auto
3.15 Gear
87 Octane

Picked up from the dealer 3:00pm Thursday, June 24, 2010

Baselined on the dyno 4:15 pm 349 RWHP /338 RWTQ

Tuned with 87 octane 362 RWHP / 351 RWTQ

Headed to Milan Dragway at 5:00pm

Arrived at Milan at 6:05pm, 85 miles on odometer.

In 3 hours, I made 22 passes (I had to burn that 87 out)

First pass was at 6:22pm
Spun bad, 13.8 @ 107 mph
Second pass Spun bad, 13.9 @ 107 mph

Checked air pressure…. 51 lbs :uh oh:

Let tire pressure down to 30 lbs.

Next 10 passes experimenting with launch ranged from 13.1 – 13.3 @ 107-108 mph

The car liked leaving best from 1,000 rpms. Best 60’ 2.0X

Next 10 passes had Livernois Motorsports 87 octane tune and it could have been a bracket car.

9 passes, it went 12.8X @ 111 mph with 2.0X 60’

The last pass it went 12.78 @ 111 mph with a 1.9X 60’

I was car# 25

Stock

Stock with Livernois 87 Octane Tune

Track Conditions

DA 2164
Temp 80 Degrees
Humidity 50%
Barometric Pressure 29.96 inches Hg

Corrected ET/MPH Stock – 12.67 @ 110 mph
Corrected ET/MPH Tuned – 12.38 @ 113 mph

Yes they are

I am amazed the traps jumped up so much after tire pressure change. Stock pressure every single pass on ours has been a 2.1x and has been 106-107 seemingly whether it is a good pass or bad.

We might just have to go back out one last time with a nice cool-down and lower pressure and see if it will go that much quicker before we toss a set of DR's on it.
Jeff

EDIT: Nevermind, didn't see where you tuned it on 87 to get the added mph.

Ok, sorry, I usually really don't care TOO much about spelling and grammar on the interwebz... but this case in particular has popped up a lot recently and it bugs the CRAP out of me! no is spelled N O. Know (as in knowing the answer on a test etc) is spelled k n o w. How do you get those confused?????

I was pretty surprised too! I agree mph was consistent no matter what the ET was.
