Hi Jo!

We just lack a little bit of trim painting and blind installation on the interior. I also need to order new bedroom doors and put the closet doors back up. Tonight I'm installing two new ceiling fans in the living room. I dread that because we have 14' vaulted ceilings. Trying to get it wrapped up by this weekend because my mom and son will be flying in next Wednesday. I want the house to be ready for them when they arrive.

After that I plan to start on my garage project and outdoor stuff. Need to demo a few things and try to get a plan on what I want to do in the back yard.

Yes, I remember you mentioned that they were coming. Wow! Time flies, they are arriving already!
Be careful with those high ceilings!!
Ah, yes the outdoor man's dream yard!
My hubby is now having the new T3 bumper installed at ACS Composite's garage. Joe is a friend of ours. I'm sure he'll take pics when he comes home.

I plan to install these this fall and I also plan on putting texture on the walls and painting the god awful sheet-rock in the garage. I'm also going to purchase the Gladiator deluxe package #2 shown on the second link.

Lots of my boys are doing the epoxy floor here. It seems to hold up awesome, even with all the road salt etc. A 36 by 24 foot garage canbe done yourself for around $650, counting the floor scrubber rental to clean it before hand and a coat of epoxy clearcoat over it.

The work benchs and tool boxes were the cat's as$
