I drove all three before I got my 2SS, but it was my favorite from the start. The Shelby GT500 was my second choice, for a bit over $10K more than what I spent on a loaded Camaro.

I like the styling of the Camaro better. Mine is black with inferno stripe and inferno interior. That plus the price difference made it no contest.

The SRT8 is nice until you have to turn it ;-) It is also more expensive, but it has the most functional backseat (If you're into that sort of thing.)

Also, the Dodge I drove was an AT. They only started offering the MT recently. AT is a no go for me until they start offering a dry clutch sequential like the Euro cars are starting to have. Heel-toe, baby!

the challanger is cool but it weighs 700lbs more than the mustang so its an automatic fail for the challanger.

This is one of the main reasons I bought the Camaro. When you are 6'9" the options are pretty limited. I am still amazed that the leg room in my Camaro is about the same as my 04 Ram Crew Cab. I would have loved a sunroof, but I'm too tall for one of those :(
