Kid has some skills. I have never smoked a cigarette or even alcohol a single time in my life. I understand that is not in the US but those parents should have the kid taken from them.

One must consdier the 3rd world and how it works.

Probably in a area where folks still use their left hand to wipe their bottoms with and not a sink with running water n sight to wash it off.

Kids smoking is the least of their social problems.
