Authentic isn't always better. While I appreciate good ethnic food from most parts of the world, the ingredients aren't always as good as those available at higher-quality restaurants.

That's why I like Chipotle. They use local, all-natural meat at all locations, make all products fresh on a daily basis, and the salsas are freakishly amazing.
