heres a scenario.

two guys sitting in a room watching some house. one of them is hungry and asks the other if he wants to order something. the other has no money. the first guy proposes to lend him some money which he refuses. he orders and starts eating. other guy asks for some food. first guy gives him some fries but keeps the rest since he has not had breakfest or anything to eat and it is 2 pm. more guys come and ask for food. he does not give them. they call him a jerk

would that be considered a jerk move? its a burger fries and a can of soda. :/
