That was my max on squat. I had a very bad back injury years ago and it set me back. Last year, I had only 535 lbs in the contest, so I'm getting better... as an old guy.

Thanks again gang!!! I'm hoping to be in a Strongman contest in June, they are still working out the details. At least there is a "Masters" class in that event. My gym doesn't have age groups, so I have to compete against those strong young men. Beating them is more fun though.

ya shes in the spf or southern powerlifting federation ..315 is her one rep max she gunna try to get this weekend and her squat max is around 225 and bench around 125..
