Onstar aggravation.....
I am still on my 30 day free Directions and connections plan. So why is it everytime I use the service I have the rep try to sign me up?
"Mr. Scott you realize your subsription expires on 4/25/10. It is only 9:XX per month. Can we sign you up today? "  I understand you want my business, but I am getting to the point where I feel like cancelling just so I don't have to listen to them anymore.

don't use it? it's free for the short time... if you don't feel like paying for it.. then don't use it and you won't have to deal with them then it just gets cancelled automatically..
