I had the same option as you and I went with a larger wide screen and I'm happy with my choice. I just hate when I take my laptop home to work on something and all of my excel sheets are magnified to 135% to fill up my big screen. I have to minimize everything just so it will be viewable on my 15" screen.

LOL, exactly the same scenario here. I have to keep messing with the resolution every time I go on a trip
