I'm a Teamster, and quite frankly I say put 'em to work....as crash test dummies. Never should anyone pull this kind of stunt. It makes everyone involved look bad. Not only is a union there to regulate the company, it should also keep the individual members in line. All of these people should have their cards pulled.
As representatives of their union—as professionals—they have shamed their organization. In effect, the organization should separate itself from them, and they should not get jobs as a result of the union, Chrysler, or anyone else there.
