.

Was the fabricated fiberglass hard to work with? As for the predator armor i might use it but looking into getting Sentra pvc type of plastic that can be heated and fourmed into whatever or shape that you need and poured cold water on it and it go's back to sold.

I found believe it or not hacking up pylons. Durable, paintable and you can heat form it and it stays. The material is actually used quite alot in film but its bought in sheets. Thats what I made the predator armour from.

I bought no sheets. Pylons FTW. Scratch building at its finest.

Thumbs up

It will take about 5 to 6 more months to finish. I still have to make the armor and airbrush the fine detail and seal the paint. I'm not a pro and even then the pros take there time also, I think a complete costume takes 8 to 14 months to complete. I just hope to be done by the time november rolls around.

The armor will be Sentra, it's a pvc plastic type. 3mm it will be put in very hot bolling water taken out and shaped into the armor, after it is put in cold water it will hold it's form. I have found a few places that sell the sentra, and they want a lot of money. One more place im going to check, if it comes out to be too much, I will buy from a pro that makes armor out of raw resine and paint it my self.

Here is the list of what armor will be on the costume,

Chest-right,left and center, Celtic avp type.
gauntlets, w/ two blades. avp
backpack, large shoulder canon-avp
belly avp
spine avp
cod avp
shoulders and biceps avp
butt avp
shins and ankles avp
foot dusters and claws avp
thighs Avp
belt boxes 2 for avp
collar
Body suit avp
Hands avp
Feet avp
3/4 undermask
Celtic bio, three laser targeting lights.

Thanks for looking

There are some people that do this kinda thing for the love of it not for any recognition through a general public event or date. I think its awesome.
