Congrats to Canada, although being from the US and a Flyer fan, the last person I want to see score the game winner is Crosby ;-)

WoW... this came out of left field. Sure didn't mean it that way...

I kinda see a couple of winners here... OT and someone had to prevail. Huge game for the Canadians and I'm actually glad they won.

Gold and Silver on the podium... Not bad...

Just low enthusiasm cause I'm not into Hockey...

I didnt watch it, I heard it was close. Just for the record I was going for the USA and hear they played awesome. Canada winning at hockey, not much of a stretch its all anyone cares about lol. My best to all the athletes that I imagine went all out.

Congrats Canada on the gold. There is just one thing I can't figure out about this game, maybe I don't watch enough hockey. We won last week 5-3 Canada won tonight 3-2 but Canada got the gold. Both teams have one loss and its to the other country so how do they figure Canada gets the gold. Again congrats to Canada that was a great game

USA's win was in the preliminary round that just figures how they are going to set up the brackets for the main play and it's single elimination after that. So the USA's win means nothing.

Its a 2 part tournament. 3 groups of 4 teams played each other, round robin style. This determined rankings for the elimination rounds. Canada and the USA were in the same pool so they had to play each other at least once, This is also why you played Switzerland twice, and why neither played teams such as Sweden or Latvia.
