Grilling? who has missed it during the winter?

I have missed grilling all winter long, but I pulled our BBQer, alittle bit more rusted than last summer, but It came out yesterday & I did burgers & bratts. today I did pork chops lol with the left over potato salad & green salad lol.

Man I love the weather when its 60 degrees out side & warm enough to grill lol

Just grilled 1.5 lbs of salmon!

When we got 30" of snow earlier in the month, I used the snowblower on the back patio and cleared access to the grill

The apartment I live in doesn't allow grills. I hope I can find a house by summer. There are steaks that must be grilled!

Regardless of the temp/conditions if its steak its grilled outdoors even if I have to shovel a path to the BBQ...

I have grilled with snow on the ground. Don't have to worry about that now though.

It doesn't stop me either. I usually shovel off enough of the patio so I can grill if I want to.

I've been missing it... planning to smoke about 10 lbs of beef brisket and 40 lbs of pork for a party in about six weeks... mouth is watering already.

Grilled up some venison steaks a few hours ago. Grill all year round here. Just move the snow out of the way.
