Its part of p90x... I don't have the concentration for it though... And my buddy thats a trainer, who I workout with, changes some of the workouts in that plan, because he feels that they are not good, or he has things that are better....

Honestly, if you want to be really strong do yoga. Increasing your flexibility will increase your muscular efficiency. Not to mention its actually really good calisthenics.
