there's been nothing good on TV but tonight there about 4-5 good movies on at the same time. I'm watching Blazing Saddles now... Young Frankenstein is good too.

they're both great apart, but put the two together and that's hard to beat... You know there's never going to be another movie like Blazing saddles.... for more than one reason.

Christine will forever be my favorite movie, which is why I named our car Christine.

I liked the movie, but I have to disagree. The movie took place in sunny California while the book took place in Pittsburgh PA in the winter. Winter, spring, summer, or fall, Pittsburgh BEATS California for CREEPINESS.

I think you missed my point. I don't really care where it happened. this movie is just as good, if not better than the book. Lots of movies, IMO, based on books, are not as good as the book.

Unfortunately a tie between NBK and American Psycho. 2 of the most relevant movies of the past 10 years.

It would have to be, Excalibur. I love the whole romantic notion of the medieval theme. Knights, armor, chivalry, sacrifice, damsels in distress, the quest, and of course ~ My Queen~

The cinematography was beautiful! No CGI, the movie was filmed the old way. Right from the start, the sight of the Knights riding into battle that night, and seeing the breath from those horses...! In fact, all the battle scenes were fantastic!!! And at the end when Arthur kills Mordred...the sight of the blood on the armor and weapons was so visually captivating!!!

Finally, how could I fail to mention the outstanding soundtrack, which featured quite a bit of Richard Wagner!!!

And then there were the scenes of Guenevere and Lancelot.

The entire movie was wonderful, and it was the closest telling on film, of Malory's, Le Morte Darthur.
