This is a JOKE my mom called GM and they said the media is making false advertisments and what they are doing is giving the dealerships $7,000 and the dealerships is putting the cars in their names so the consumers will get the stick because the dealerships are going to stick it in their pockets

You're complaining that your Pontiac has no resell value. What did you think would happen when they closed the brand? It was obvious that there wouldn't really be any Pontiac dealers anymore, so there wouldn't be any Pontiac experts at dealerships. The work would have to be done at another dealer. The dealerships will have to replace their Pontiacs with other brands, so there will of course have to be a sale eventually. There's just no good reason to believe that a new Pontiac would have been an investment in resale value. If the brand isn't going to exist anymore, then the odds are that it's not going to be worth much in a very short period of time.

NO new car would have been an investment in resale value (not for quite some time) like Barrett Jackson stuff..

Hell I am looking at Used C6 Z06s in the low 40s. I found a high mile one a while back for 38K
________
BUY MFLB

I was thinking about going that route too. A used C6 Z06 or new 2SS... decisions decisions....

Btw, my local dealer is marking up the GXP at least 5K. There aren't many left in the country and it's a terrific car. The GT on the other hand, can be had for cheap.
