Either way....I didn't see any 4 door SS's in the beginning.
That's all I'm saying.

I'd head for the hills if the only thing left will be "sports sedans".

Times change. Performance no longer means "two doors and big displacement". In fact, it never meant exclusively that, except for some narrow parts of the American market. Fact of the matter is an LNF-powered Cobalt SS sedan will blow the doors off of those 2-door, V8 powered SSs of yesteryear in pretty much every performance category. SS means performance, plain and simple.

Malibu SS
Looking at the Malubu SS, I still have to say I'd much rather have a Diamond White LTZ with the Cocoa/Cashmere Leather interior!

There's no such thing as a Malibu SS right now.

I believe he was talking about a stock Cobalt, not a tuned one. Fact is, most of those cars were luck to get to 60 mph in under 7 seconds and the quarter in less than 15. The 1970 Chevelle SS, with the 454 cu LS6, one of the true legends of muscle car history, would have a hard time with a brand new Cobalt SS at a drag strip.

Theyre finally killing the Cavalier, er, I mean, Cobalt? Good riddance. Ugly and cheap looking.
