Does your mod panel show his IP or ISP? You might be able to look it up and see if he's posting from a corporate account. I'm sure his job would like to know what their employees are doing on company time...

Yeah, I have his IPs, but it seems to rotate around a bit.

Ah, looks like he's probably at home. Business accounts usually use static IPs, so his address wouldn't change. Home accounts generally use dynamic IPs, meaning that he might have a slightly different IP address every time he goes online.

Well, that depends on the account. OU has static IPs for devices, but assigns dynamic IPs to all computers/laptops/etc.

Also, found shocks for the maxim today. Brand new, 11 inch (eye to eye, not just body length - so about 3 inches shorter than stock), 230 lb/inch rate, chrome covers. 94 dollars new + free shipping.
