Way to represent the bow tie. At least I can bring forth an argument instead of single word attacks. I am pretty confident the only people who truly had a problem with my post are the ones I was ranting about, and they looked for the only error in that post... the language. Do you really have a problem with the uses of profane language or are you just looking for something to complain about? If you do have a problem with the language then you should start calling everyone on it because several other have used it in this thread alone and I have yet to see a complaint on anything other than mine. Actually it appears to me you are being quite a hypocrite about it. Since so many people appear to be so "touchy" about it I will refrain from its use again.
Thank you. |

Sure I'm on the right forum, why would you think otherwise? As for dilemmas, Aquaman seems to have one, as he now seems to regret spending a lot of money on a Camaro and has generally stated he would rather have a Challenger instead. I think that qualifies as a pretty bad dilemma. While the Challenger is my favorite car, I too like the Camaro and I would have bought a 2SS for my wife. When she said she was sick of the Suburban, I told her to go find herself a car. She thoroughly checked out both the Mustang and the Camaro and was greatly disappointed with the Camaro - everything but the engine. So she picked the new Mustang, which really surprised me as she has always been a Camaro girl. I expect we will own a new Camaro sometime down the road. Like it or not, the Challenger is an extremely popular car, just like the Camaro. I can't go anywhere in my Challenger without people approaching me to say what a great car it is or how cool it looks. I'm sure the same thing happens to most Camaro owners. And shad2009, there is nothing "rare" about any 2010 Camaro - just look at how many are being produced. Pretty soon it will be as "rare" as the Mustang. Anyway, I think Aquaman should be given some encouragement and a little sympathy. Maybe he didn't do his homework, but he is still a Camaro owner and it is a great car. It also wouldn't surprise me to discover there are others here with the same problem but won't come out and say it because of what is happening in this thread. It's no secret that some Challenger owners have dumped their car for a Camaro. Too many people here get overly upset anytime someone makes the slightest negative comment about a Camaro. Aquaman is obviously seeking advice from his peers - why do you think he posted what he did? Why not try helping him out instead of flaming him? It often goes back to this: There are muscle car lovers and there are "Brand X" lovers. Do you see the world through your eyes or a narrow tube?

Sympathy?! Are ya SERIOUS?!?!
![]() Dude, you are on a Camaro forum dominated by Camaro members and enthusiasts! Not only did he pick an inferior car, as did you (as evidenced by many professional reviews) but he also did not research anything before making an informed decision. Ignorance is not forgiven here especially if he begins this thread looking like a complete tool and a troll. I don't know what Camaro your wife test drove but it clearly isn't the same we all own. No accounting for tastes from any Challenger/Charger owner. You honestly show me a better car in this class than a Camaro and I'll admit it without hesitation. |
