Dude, you beat me to the punch with this one. I was just about to post it. CLOSE RACE is an understatement. Plus Cammisa / Hagerty world class production quality. Great video!

SPOILER ALERT!!!

If you haven't watched the video (you should) then do it before you get to the bottom of my post. It's the leaderboard. Thing is, look how many times Corvette and Air populate the leaderboard. A very unlikely rivalry developing here. Five passenger luxury sedan vs balls out sports car. I guess when you're dropping 4-digit horsepower ratings you line up with whomever can ring the bell.

I wish they'd had one for testing without the giant wing, I'm sure it cost the ZR1X a few mph on the big end and was the reason why the Lucid was able to start catching up.

And, they should fix their leaderboard to be accurate to 0.01 (or even 0.001) seconds, working with tenths is no longer sufficient. The top end is getting saturated.

Watching the ZR1X pull on the Lucid starting at the 8:10 mark made me feel almost the same way as the end part of their now legendary CT5-V Blackwing video.

Cammisa and his crew know what they're doing, and that's a massive understatement.

Without the ZTK it is over 160, but the idea is not a 1/4 mile time it is a "I can turn" time.

I was thinking the same, and they sorta said that in the wrap-up. ZR1X penalized by the big wing being chased by the most aerodynamic production car available (0.197 Cd). But I guess you gotta run with what they give you. I expect to see a Cammisa / Pobst track video with the ZR1X and this version would definitely be the one for that session. Must see TV.
