I think Florida has 3-5 schools in the top 10 for official Party schools. UF is number #2. Nough said.
Louisiana is on the top 5, but the state of Florida in general has it locked down. Walking around South Beach is like soft porn.

I'd say...

1. Florida (Can't pick a single school, but dispersed throughout)
2. Cali
3. Italy/Switzerland/France - 3 way tie
4. Brazil
5. Louisiana

OK, first of all, party schools are BAD for hot girls. Party schools = freshman 15 (or 25 or 50 or whatever).

But for FL and Southern California you have basically these 'hot zones' and every place else is 250lb Latinas. These hot zones are geographically small so I can't give you the whole states. Northern California just has the 'pasty zone' that extends up into Oregon in general, culminating in Seattle. So I can't give you Florida or Cali unless you want to pick a hot zone, because outside of those small hot zones I did a lot of shuddering as we pushed the manatees back into the water. I've never been to Switzerland or Italy. I've been to France. Very hit or miss- I cant take France as top 3. I've never been to Brazil. Louisiana and Southern states in general (which FL does not really count)- Girls seem to be incredibly hot until about 28 then the fried okra catches up in about 6 months. But I would move Louisiana up, N Carolina had some knock-outs too.

I have to say I generally agree with this as long as you remember that everything south of the Mason-Dixon line has some serious potential to balloon up.

I think another part of it is that Southern Girls all take a little time on their appearance. The south is pretty much granola girl hairy armpits free. At least til they hook a man, then all bets are off lol.

Most of the granola girls leave our state and move north or west. I can't speak for the other states but true Okie girls are hot and tough. They can work cattle, farm, fight, and still clean up well for the weekend.

Hopefully I get video evidence of this soon (hence my, ''more coming'') but Spikes was actually retaliating for having his helmet taken off and being gouged in the eyes.


Tebow was also a victim of a UGA player with his hand under his face-mask, another video that will hopefully surface on the internet soon.

For the record it happens almost every week, more so when you play teams like UGA and Tenn., the ONLY reason it really bother's me is because Spikes is being Crucified by the media for something that UGA Did earlier in the game.
