i think i may buy a Weight vest, a 140 lbs one, im gonna start low at like 40 and work my way up,

for fire fighting, cause they carry like 40 lbs when they are at there fire station and they carry like 100 lbs when on duty from what sites say

It really depends on the gear used....

40-50 normal gear weight

75-80 for high rise kit

I tested with the fire department for a few years before joining the Navy.
