Embolism during Surgery, tough to catch during a procedure. I've had a lot of operations and Anesthesiologists go over possible complications, and I, like most people don't listen or read what can happen!

there is something more deadly than embolism? About complications of course.

Wou this is very tragic, the past week was an injury and now he's died...

it wasn't an injury, he had Shoulder Sarcoma.

So it wasn't a simple surgery
