Talking I just noticed something dumb...

The emergency latch in the trunk has what it appears to be a guy jumping out the trunk and running away....like I said, dumb lol

Anti Mafia device... I imagine your dealer can take that off on request... just let him know you may have situations where you need to keep people in the trunk... Pretty standard in Chicago and NYC im sure...

that latch is pretty pointless cuz the camaro does have a pretty big trunk for a sports car but I doubt anyone can even fit in the trunk unless they were like a midget =p

Its for children if they get locked in. They could easily fit through the opening in the trunk. An adult who locks themself in, well they probably need to stay locked in.

not true at all...our very own forum member, 'Tag Ur It' fit into the trunk and he is well over 6 ft tall...there is a photo of it on this forum somewhere...
