Who do you use for a hosting???
Lot of biz n such on this site, maybe a few of ya got your own small forum. Who do you use for hosting and why??? Need a new host for my websites. hostgator is over selling their servers to much, promising everyone unlimited everything under the sun for $1 and they are buggy n slow now. Worked fine for my small sites for a few years |

No suggestions???
Need to pick a VPS / semi-dedicated plan today, I hope. Here is what Im looking at now at the current host moving up to VPS off of cheap shared. [hostgator] $50mo fully managed, could get it for $40mo n semi-managed] CPU 1.13 GHZ RAM 768 MB Disk Space 30 GB Bandwidth 500 GB also looking at siteground but they don't answer their phone. I can give a pass on a sunday but they didn't answer yesterday either. The internet doens't sleep, someone should be around 24/7/365 nor any email response, a reply in their forum or a tweet back. Think I gave them enough of a shot, ehy? plus their plan is more vauge just says x2 cpu $30mo 20 GB Disc Space 1000 GB Bandwidth 2 times more CPU |

Problem is that everyone is trying to save a dollar and going the cheap route. Most companies are cutting prices to stay cometitive. I'm guessing you're gonna have to pay big for what you want.

Well I got a $15 biz lvl shared plan now, with several sites on it.
1 site keep blowin up the cpu. wanna move the 1 site to low to mid lvl VPS |

My domains are with 000, and my hosting is with 1and1.com. Used them for years. Customer service can be sketchy at times (overseas), but usually gets resolved OK via emails.
