Gotta love NASWI Police

Got a ticket tonight for having a burned out left tailight. even tho it was working just fine when we left the skagit speedway less than 30 mins before.
only got the ticket where its only a point and no fine. but still.
how am i to magically know that my light is out and fix it at 12pm? honestly.

and the kicker was he said i was being highly disrespectful and had an attitude. i said like 3 sentences and he already came to that conclusion.
power trip from hell!!!

Take that to court, if you can show you light is working, then the case should be dismissed. Of if the officer doesn't show up, it will be dismissed.

He can't take the Naval Air Station Whidbey Island police to court. It's a military matter, confined to base.

Can NASWI police write fines?

I know NASNI police could not issue fines, only citations from which you would get points deducted and eventually lose your base driving privelages.

Take it with a grain of salt man. Just remember, that power trippin 2nd class will probably be a state high way patrol man one day. Then he'll REALLY have a power trip.
