Anyone else see this new special called Future car.

They had a lot of new GM ideas. http://www.gmskateboard.com/
And new tires called Tweels http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tweel
Also saw some new concept art of the Camaro i never seen before.

I have seen the Tweel style tires on videos.

Absolutely amazing, freaky, a little scary, and exciting at the same time.

Tweels are insane. Polyurethane spokes can be filled with conductors... adjustable suspension ain't got shit on adjustable contact patch LOL

the nanotube thing was crazy im still mindbottled over the show last night. And yes this tech is still years from being public but look at where GM is going. Truly amazing thinkers in GM. Proud to say i own a GM product.

The Skateboard idea has been around for a while. It debuted with GM's HyWire concept from 2003, which was the ultra futuristic car shown in that video.

Computers have been controlling cars for years. EFI, ABS, electric power steering, and countless other examples. An EMP wouldn't hurt that car anymore than it would hurt some other car built in the last ~20 years.

I was saying that to one of the cars on the show. The whole top would come off with no doors so if u were inside and something like that had happened ur stuck inside. And i know pcs have been running a whole lot in cars now taking over more and more as the years go.
