WOW!! unbeliveable, this games looks incredible!!! One of my personal favorite type of games (Action/adventure, HacknSlash). Comes out on March 16. Next to Gran tursimo 5, this is one of my most anticipated games.

Dude this game is gonna be wicked! Already have the ultimate edition on pre-order . My buddy introduced me to God of War like a year and a half ago, and boy am I glad. One of the best game franchises EVER made, IMO. Have you played the E3 demo yet?

Played the original, it was fun, beat it in a few hours, never played again.... Hopefully they make this one with some better replay value (or make it last a little longer).

Just downloaded the Demo on PS3 and it is awesome!! Never owned any of the others but I might just invest in this one

Dude you have not played the second one!!, it was a little longer than the first one and Better. I had the E3 demo since december last year, Buy the God of war collection for the ps3, you get GOD of war 1 and 2 for only $30 bucks. They also upped the resolution of the game to 720p and they both run at 60 frames per second. God of war 2 in HD looks better than many games today...lol Better than Dantes Inferno in some areas.

How are you guy's getting to play the demo? As of right now you cant log on to the playstation store to download it unless you are playing on the new style PS3.

Yea, psn is down right now, it will be fixed soon. I got the demo last year (you get it with the God of war colletion for the PS3). I have temporarily disconnected my ps3 from the internet, I have the 60gb Backwards compatibility PS3, Though I put a 320GB hard drive ($75) in it ages ago. I love the Fact that the PS3 will accept any off the shelve 2.5" SATA HDD. Better than paying $150 for a 120Gb HDD for the 360, THATS AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!

Atleast microsoft can get something as simple as a clock right. And before you go all RROD on my ass, that problem has been solved with the jasper chipset. And u may claim PSN is better because it's free....well you get what you pay for, and obviously PSN ain't even worth being free if it's possibly going to delete all of your trophies (achievement copy cats). Sure am glad my entire gamer tag and achievements are not only stored on my hard drive, but also on a Microsoft server. That way I won't lose anyhthing but a few saved games if someone decides to format my hard drive, and I can also download my GT to any xbox and play on my own profile. I'd WAY rather send in my xbox and not have it for a week or 2 as opposed to losing all of my achievements (trophies). And just u watch...PSN won't be free for long....And don't come back with some bluray junk ass excuse either....i don't have ANY intrest in hi-def movies.....who wants to pay $15 more for the same exact movie, only a little better picture....sures hell not me...I watch a movie for it's storyline, not what it looks like

EDIT: and BTW....sony's exclusive game selection sucks. I'd hate not being able to play Mass Effect, Fable, or Gears of War....yeah I intentionally left out gaylo. the ONLY playstation exclusive I want to play is uncharted and it's sequal....all the other ones look sub-par

there is always a gates rider in the group.

and go get your eyes checked if you dont think a movie's picture quality drastically changes from dvd to bluray.....it's one thing to say you dont care for it, but dont deny the clear fact that it improves picture quality amazingly.
