Wanna go for a Cruze?

I like the styling quite a bit. It looks fresh with ultra clean lines lending it a slight European character. I think this car has more potential than any other forthcoming domestic compact car based off of its aesthetic appeal alone. Cap that off with a promised 40mpg turbo 4 and this car can't loose.

I took the second option. Gas mileage is such a low priority for me that is not even on the list when I compare cars.

Edit: CAFE can shove it imo.

Normally, I hate tree-hugging electric cars (eherm, Prius) but this and the Volt are two cars I definetly would buy.

I HATE Tree Huggers but I have no problem with other people buying 40+ mpg cars. It reduces demand and therefore makes the gas cheaper for my < 10 mpg cars!

I hope everyone else buys one!

Second choice after the Camaro in 2010.

I LOVE this car.

I'm not in the market for it...but if I were - it annihilates ALL it's competitors, so I'd take it in a heartbeat! It's got the style, the quality, and the fuel economy to boot. This is the kind of car GM has been in need of; inexpensive, attractive and GREAT mileage. The way I see it; there's nothing wrong with using less gas.

So...would I buy it? YES! Will I? Possibly - it will depend on whether or not I need a daily driver in ~5 years.

Yeah I'm in the market and will strongly consider a stripped down base model of it as a commuter car to compliment the Camaro.
