While it is a cool concept..... if the guy can't afford to get a new front bumper (said it was ziptied on), how will he be able to afford the significant weight reductions and redesign work that is required.

Another thing that made me cringe is how he thinks his uncles being baggage handlers gives them a background in aviation... All that aside, if they guy actually manages to pull this off it'd be pretty awesome.
