Wife doesn't believe me

After the success I had cleaning my MAF and throttle body, I decided that this weekend, I would do the same to the wife's 2003 Explorer 4.0 SOHC.

I told her what I had planned and she commented that I haven't even WASHED her car in years ... I haven't, I hate washing/detailing SUV exteriors because I don't like ladders and leaning over while on a ladder is very low on my 'fun things to do' list.

Her car has over 115,000 miles on it and we got it from her parents (ALL stop and go driving, short trips, all that 'severe service' stuff). I know it's had BASIC maintenance regularly (oil changes and such) but I'm not sure if the plugs have ever been changed and I KNOW no one has done a TB/MAF cleaning. I'll post pics this weekend of the before/after.
